Jeremy Perry was building something too, on his own terms and in his own lane — years of hands-on trade services experience, a deep operational instinct, and a faith-driven commitment to doing things right.
They found each other around 2020 or 2021. And when they did, something clicked. What Jacob had built and what Jeremy had built didn’t compete — they complemented. Jacob brings the people skills, the client relationships, and the vision. Jeremy brings the systems, the operational discipline, and the quiet strength that keeps everything running. Together, they built something neither could have built alone.
In October 2022, they made it official: Lubbock’s Pro Services LLC. No outside investors. No shortcuts. Just two men with a shared belief that hard work and integrity build something worth being proud of.
From those early lawn care routes, Lubbock’s Pro Services grew into a multi-service home improvement company operating across Texas. And as it grew, Jacob and Jeremy recognized an opportunity in the Austin metro — a market they knew personally. The Liberty Hill and greater Austin area was booming. Homeowners were buying EVs, renovating kitchens, and trying to run smart homes from electrical panels that were never built for any of it. They needed someone they could trust.

Both Jacob and Jeremy are faith-driven men and family men. Jacob graduated from Liberty Hill High School in 2015 and has deep roots in the Austin area. He’s married, a father to a son born in October 2023, and with a second child on the way.
